Dimensional Imaging, Inc.
Based out of Sarasota, Florida, Dimensional Imaging has been in business for four years as a medical imaging company. After a period of rapid growth, Dimensional Imaging was ready to take the next big leap by opening a new location. They needed a partner they could trust with such a crucial project and Trinex was glad to help. The client wanted to get the financing set up immediately, however, being that they were still six months away from the start of their project, they did not want to be locked in to a lease rate that was higher if prevailing rates were to decrease. Through the Trinex Rate Lock Program © we were able to set aside and lock in a competitive rate for Dimensional Imaging. Our program also allowed for the customer to take advantage of a lower rate if there was a rate decrease in Trinex’s portfolio at the time prior to funding. Given this situation the client was happy to move forward with Trinex and we funded their first schedule of $50,000. Trinex is poised to fund additional schedules for Dimensional Imaging in the upcoming months.

After several face to face meetings, Trinex won the confidence of Madison Medical and set up a Master Lease Line of Credit for $150,000 using just a one page application. Trinex then orchestrated all aspects of vendor communication by negotiating favorable shipment terms and expediting the delivery for the unit while keeping the client posted throughout the transaction. In addition to the funding, Trinex has already secured an additional line of credit for Madison Medical for their next round of equipment needs and we look forward to being their finance partner again.
